Refund Policy

Please note: As all of our artworks are custom printed to order, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. We are unable to restock or resell returned items, so please choose your artwork and size carefully before ordering.

Damages and Issues We take great pride in our quality, but accidents can happen in transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at the5throomstudio@gmail.com.

Do not send the item back to us. Instead, please email us with:

  1. A clear photo of the damage/defect.

  2. A photo of the packaging (if damaged).

  3. Your order number.

We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Sale items or Gift Cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds In the rare event that a replacement cannot be provided and a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
