Production Times Please note that every artwork at The 5th Room Studio is custom printed to order. We do not hold stock in a warehouse.

• Production Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for your fine art print to be created, quality checked, and packed.

Shipping Estimates (Australia) Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Standard Delivery: 5–12 business days.

• Regional / Remote Areas: Please allow a few extra days.

International Shipping We ship worldwide! International packages may be subject to customs/duties which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

• International Delivery: 10–25 business days, depending on your location.

Total Delivery Time In most cases, Australian orders arrive within 2 weeks of purchase. However, during peak periods (like Christmas), carrier delays can occur, so we recommend ordering early.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at the5throomstudio@gmail.com.
