Global Shipping: We offer tracked global shipping on all orders. To ensure your art arrives in perfect condition and with a reduced carbon footprint, we use a distributed fulfillment network. Your order is printed and framed at the facility closest to your delivery address.

Production Times: Please allow 2-5 business days for your museum-grade print to be produced and framed before shipping.

Returns Policy: Because every piece is custom-printed to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged Items: In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us at the5throomstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you immediately at no extra cost.
